In the spirit of giving back and lifting up our community, The Coach Foundation—in partnership with Goldman Sachs and New York City—is a founding partner of NYC’s Small Business Continuity Fund to help the most vulnerable businesses affected by COVID-19. Today, we have committed $2 million to this fund to help the places and the people that make New York the vibrant and unique community it is today.

We wouldn’t be who we are today without the community that works tirelessly to keep our industry running. Right now, the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the fashion industry at all levels—from suppliers to local retailers to distribution centers.
The Coach Foundation is proud to join forces with the Council of Fashion Designers (CFDA) and Vogue Fashion Fund’s A Common Thread—an initiative raising funds for those in the American fashion community who have been most affected by COVID-19.

As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we’ve been inspired by the countless ways the Coach
community has shown up for each other during these challenging times.
Keeping everyone safe and connected is still our top priority—here are a few of the things we’ve
been doing differently that you should know about:
- For the safety of our customers, our employees and our communities, we’ve decided to keep all Coach stores in the United States, Canada and Europe temporarily closed through at least April 10—we will reassess our position on a bi-weekly basis going forward.
- During this temporary closure, we remain committed to our community and want to reassure you that employees at these locations will continue to receive pay and benefits at this time.
- We’re extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition).
- Our distribution centers remain open, with additional health and safety measures in place. We’re so grateful to our logistics and distribution teams for their commitment and hard work that keeps our e-commerce business up and running—and those Coach packages swiftly on their way to you.
