As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we’ve been inspired by the countless ways the Coach community has shown up for each other during these challenging times.

Keeping everyone safe and connected is still our top priority—here are a few of the things we’ve been doing differently that you should know about:

  1. For the safety of our customers, our employees and our communities, we’ve decided to keep all Coach stores in the United States, Canada and Europe temporarily closed through at least April 10—we will reassess our position on a bi-weekly basis going forward.
  2. During this temporary closure, we remain committed to our community and want to reassure you that employees at these locations will continue to receive pay and benefits at this time.
  3. We’re extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition).
  4. Our distribution centers remain open, with additional health and safety measures in place. We’re so grateful to our logistics and distribution teams for their commitment and hard work that keeps our e-commerce business up and running—and those Coach packages swiftly on their way to you.
