- Private shopping appointments. Call a store near you and one of our associates will schedule a one-on-one appointment at a time that works best for you.
- Virtual shopping appointments. Call a store near you to schedule a virtual shopping appointment with one of our store associates—they’ll show you our latest arrivals and help you find something that’s just your style.
- Special pickup and delivery services. Shop online at coach.com or shop by phone—we’ll ship it to your home or arrange for store pickup.
- Contactless pay. Shop hands-free in stores* or place an order by phone—we’ll take your payment information or send you a secure payment link.

*Refunds for Apple Pay and Samsung Pay will be in the form of a merchandise card.
Keeping everyone safe and connected is always our top priority—here are a few of the things we do differently now:
- Customers are not required to wear a face covering in our stores. Therefore, it is important that our employees remain cautious on close contact and social distance.
- All customers and employees must practice social distancing—please keep at least 2 metres away from others while you shop. We will continue to control traffic and maintain capacity restrictions in our stores.
- We’ll be monitoring the health of our store employees—for their safety and yours.
