Versatile but the extra strap I bought is blue not black.
I love this bag, but it doesn’t come with the Crossbody strap. It’s not long enough for the price of the bag. I felt like it should come with a better Crossbody strap. The letter is soft. The bag is larger than it looked on the website it can be used as a handheld Crossbody or a shoulder purse. I bought the white strap separate unfortunately it’s more of a dark blue with some black even though it says Black I hope this helps!

Small ... and Mighty
Everything COACH does is amazing. Quality is bar-none, style is incredible. Fits almost everything; just wish it was a little larger for a set of keys but then I suppose it wouldn't be named Dinky! Coach adorable!
