The customer service at the coach outlet is amazing! Love the shape of the rowan it's spacious for extra things such as a cozy sweater, book or hat without being massive. I am so excited about using this bag this winter and decorating her with Xmas charms.

Love the bag, Hated the Shipping
Overall I'm super happy with the new bag. Its gorgeous. I will carry all Fall and Winter !! Now on the other hand FED EX is horrible. When i usually order its ships out of Florida and i have it in 2 days. I ordered my new bag at 4 am on the 4th, it was posted shipped the same morning. I finally got tracking info and OMG, It was shipped from Vegas to Arizona, to New Mexico, to Oklahoma, to Indiana and then finally OHIO. It took 6 days to get here. VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THE SHIPPING . Thank god once i got it the box was still in 1 pc. The bag survived the long trip
