I bought them for my daughter who turned 27 and they were too small I ordered a size 10 so she has to take them back and get a size 11 they've been having a hard time returning the shoe because I can't find the receipt but I ordered them online and I thought they would find it by my email but it hasn't happened yet

Uncomfortable strap.
This very pretty sandal but very uncomfortable to wear. I can’t even walk properly.
For how many Shoes I got from coach this Is the first time that I need to return it.
But I wish one day you change strap, not this type of material.
