Laurel Shoulder Bag In Signature Canvas With Floral Print

Bought this bag as soon as the spring line dropped. Love it

I loved the look of this bag, and the Laurel is one of my favorite styles. Unfortunately the clasp on one of the handles broke off, and the other clasp was in the process of opening so my purse fell on the floor. I had to return it.

I love the flowers so that’s what drew me to this bag It pretty in person I even brought the mini wallet to match But the straps came loose twice the first day using the bag One time as I began to stand the whole bag drop to the floor the shoulder strap and then as I was standing in the store waiting to pay for my items the bag cross body strap came loose and this time I caught the bag before it dropped And Coach want me to pay for shipping it their repair department not me I paid enough money to get free shipping on them Very dissatisfied
