I love this bag. I use it for work. The way it is sectioned I can keep up with my documents. It helps me to stay organized. I have gotten a lot of compliments. I would by another and highly recommend this bag to others. The leather is soft. I also love the different compartments within the tote. If you love organization, this is the tote for you.

Great size, great outside pocket but 1 design flaw
I love the size & I wanted a small briefcase with multiple pockets AND outside pockets, and I love the outside pocket that opens wide and is like an accordion opening so it’s very easy to get stuff in and out, but Coach missed the boat on the zipper on the outside pocket because it’s too close to the handles and when I try to unzip I keep hitting the handles. Design flaw.
