Beautiful, High-Quality, and Simple Luxury
The bag is absolutely stunning. The leather is high quality and smooth. The shape is perfect for a normal work day or a travel day. There's so much room for your items without having to "overstuff" it. My experience at the Store was also impeccable. Betsy at the MoA store was wonderful to work with and gave me so many ideas about styling my bag and future purchases. My whole experience with this bag is a 10/10.

A Great Investment Piece
After comparing the Empire 40 to the Empire 48, I am so glad I purchased the 48. It is the replacement for my Coach City Tote that I just knew would have enough room for me. Who was I kidding? This was a massive upgrade that fits everything I need with room for more. The leather is superb. Of course, it's Coach. I'm excited to see how it ages. The feet on the bag are chef's kiss and the size is just right for me. I'm 5'7 and a very curvy size 16; I carry the bag it does not carry me. Lol! I've had the bag for a few days and already have gotten so many compliments from men and women. This was a great investment piece.

The Best Bag. Period.
The Soft Empire Carryall 48 is genuinely the best bag I’ve ever owned. The leather is beautifully soft while still feeling durable enough for everyday use. I definitely recommend visiting a Coach store to try the different sizes in person—but ultimately, choose the 48!
It transitions effortlessly from work to travel to the grocery store without missing a beat, and I receive compliments from strangers nearly every time I carry it. It’s spacious, versatile, and infinitely customizable with charms, chains, scarves, and whatever else you can dream up.
Fair warning: once fully loaded, it doubles as both an arm workout and a blunt object. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Perfect for Aspen weekend.
It was the perfect bag for a quick summer weekend in Aspen. Toiletries, birks, one medium packing cube & my laptop all fit. I love mine. Super easy & stylish carry on.

What can I say that has not already been said this empire 48 is the best. When Coach first released her I fell in love with her. I could not wait to add her to my collection. I have been collecting Coach since the age of 16 and now I’m 53, I have inducted my daughter and to Coach, and that is an honor for me to say I love this bag and I cannot wait to take her on her first trip
