Warranty, Product Care & Repairs

We hope you will enjoy your Coach products for many years to come. We offer a one-year warranty on all products purchased online or from a Coach Retail Store. Coach Care products are available here.

Coach products are made to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one-year warranty on all products purchased online or from a retail or outlet store.

Online purchases:

For any manufacturing defects within this time frame for online purchases, you may return it and we will refund you. You can also contact customer care team for assistance at, attach an image of the original receipt, images and description of the fault. The team will assess the pictures and get back to you within 3 working days advising you whether this is a manufacturing defect or not.

In-store purchases:

For any manufacturing defects within this time frame for in-store purchases, we invite you to bring your item back to the original store of purchase (click here for store locations).
Alternatively, you may also ship your item to the below Coach store by insured traceable means, such as DHL or insured mail. Please send your in-store purchases to:

Please use our Repair Service Request Form for in-store purchases, which you can print out and send to the above Coach store address along with your repair.
You must attach your original receipt to your Repair Service Request Form for your repair to fall within our warranty. Please contact for any queries regarding your repair.

We offer a one year warranty on all products purchased online or from a Coach Retail Store. Please see our Repair Policy.

Should your item fall outside the one-year repair policy, we offer a repair service for some of our products. Please email for more information.
Our repair process takes four to eight weeks from the time we receive your product.

Please note: Should your repair fall outside the one-year warranty period, we are going to send you a cost estimate before starting any repair work. This will extend the repair period by another two weeks.
We make our products with various types of fabrics and leathers. Leather can be cleaned and restored with our Coach Cleaner and Moisturizer Set. The signature jacquard fabric can be cleaned with our Coach Signature Fabric Cleaner. We do not suggest the cleaners or moisturizer be used on ink, grease or oil stains. We offer a brush and eraser to clean our suede and Nubuck products.

Sig C Fabric Cleaner:
Apply a small amount of cleaner to a clean soft white cloth and rub in gentle circular motions. Wipe away excess with a clean white dampened cloth. Blot dry with a clean white cloth and allow to air dry completely before reuse. For best results, use product sparingly and blot dry completely after cleaning to minimize wetting the surface and to reduce the likelihood of leaving rings. Please use the Sig C Fabric Cleaner as directed by the care card.

Leather Cleaner:
To remove dirt, apply a small amount with a clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and let dry for 30 minutes. We recommend using Coach Leather Moisturizer after cleaning to enhance the luster. Please use the Coach Leather Cleaner as directed by the care card.

Leather Moisturizer:
To remove dirt and condition after cleaning, apply evenly with a clean, soft cloth using circular strokes. Wipe off residue and buff gently to produce a natural luster. Please use the Coach Leather Moisturizer as directed by the care card.
While we do not offer a cleaning or refurbishing service, we do offer Coach Product Care(Leather Cleaner, Leather Moisturizer and Fabric Cleaner) to be used on many of our products. Please refer to the Product Care Card that you received with your item or email with any questions.

To preserve the finish on your sterling silver or fashion jewellery, always store it in a Coach jewellery pouch. Always remove your jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing or cleaning with household chemicals, especially ones containing bleach or ammonia. Be sure to apply hairspray, creams, makeup and fragrance prior to putting on your jewellery.

How to Care for Sterling Silver:

Clean sterling silver items with a silver polishing cloth for the best shine, or use a soft, pure-cotton cloth. To minimize oxidation, store sterling silver in a Coach anti-tarnish felt pouch and avoid exposure to the most common tarnish-causing elements: humidity, salt, wool, rubber bands, oils on your hands and sulfur in the air (often found in urban pollution). Wipe items clean after wearing before returning them to their pouch.

Sterling silver items worn continually will develop a patina—a warm glow with darker areas—as a result of contact with the air and oils in the skin. If you prefer a bright and shiny finish, use polish or a Coach polishing cloth to restore the original shine.

How to Care for Fashion Jewellery:

Coach fashion jewellery is plated with gold, palladium and other precious-metal finishes. To keep plated jewellery shiny, wipe it clean frequently with a soft cloth and store it in a Coach felt pouch. Fasten bracelet and necklace clasps before storing to prevent tangling.

To protect the plated finishes, clean them only with a soft cloth. Do not polish them with any type of jewellery cleaner or use treated cloths, cleaning solutions or solvents. Never let plated jewellery come in contact with abrasive creams, toothpaste, brushes, paper towels or tissue paper, as these can scratch the finish.

Do not expose leather jewellery to water or any form of moisture, and always make sure your plated jewellery is dry prior to storing—moisture leads to tarnish.

How to Care for COACH Sunwear:

Rinse with warm water to remove dust particles. Use non-moisturized liquid soap to clean sunwear. Dry with a maxi-velvet cleaning cloth.
Coach sunglasses are protected from the date of purchase by a Coach Sunglass two-year limited warranty. If the Sunglasses prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first two (2) years, we will repair or replace the Coach Sunglasses.

For Sunglass repairs on product outside the two-year warranty or damage other than quality, the manufacture, Luxottica, may offer repairs for a fee. Please visit Luxottica's Warranty and Repair Service Center to fill out a Service Request Form, or visit a Coach retail store and we would be happy to facilitate the process for you.
