  1. Private shopping appointments. Call a store near you and one of our associates will schedule a one-on-one appointment at a time that works best for you.
  2. Virtual shopping appointments. Call a store near you to schedule a virtual shopping appointment with one of our store associates—they'll show you our latest arrivals and help you find something that's just your style.
  3. Special pickup and delivery services. Shop online at coach.com or shop by phone—we'll ship it to your home or arrange for store pickup.
  4. Contactless pay. Shop hands-free in stores* or place an order by phone—we'll take your payment information or send you a secure payment link.
  5. Questions? Call your local store to learn more.

*Refunds for Apple Pay and Samsung Pay will be in the form of a merchandise card.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

Keeping everyone safe and connected is always our top priority—here are a few of the things we do differently now:

  1. Customers are not required to wear a face covering in our stores. Therefore, it is important that our employees remain cautious on close contact and social distance.
  2. All customers and employees must practice social distancing—please keep at least 2 metres away from others while you shop. We will continue to control traffic and maintain capacity restrictions in our stores.
  3. We'll be monitoring the health of our store employees—for their safety and yours.
