So, don’t ditch it, repair it—it’s another small thing we can do to keep bags out of landfill and reduce our impact on the planet.
Coach products are made to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one-year warranty on all products purchased online or from a retail or outlet store.
For any manufacturing defects within this time frame for online purchases, you may return it and we will refund you. You can also contact customer care team for assistance at email@example.com, attach an image of the original receipt, images and description of the fault. The team will assess the pictures and get back to you within 3 working days advising you whether this is a manufacturing defect or not.
For any manufacturing defects within this time frame for in-store purchases, we invite you to bring your item back to the original store of purchase (click here for store locations).
Alternatively, you may also ship your item to the below Coach store by insured traceable means, such as DHL or insured mail. Please send your in-store purchases to:
Please use our Repair Service Request Form for in-store purchases, which you can print out and send to the above Coach store address along with your repair.
You must attach your original receipt to your Repair Service Request Form for your repair to fall within our warranty. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries regarding your repair.
