PayPal, Klarna and ApplePay orders cannot be refunded in store, but may be exchanged up to the value of your item(s). START YOUR RETURNWe hope you enjoy your Coach online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (This applies to full price items, purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods). On all refunds, shipping fees (standard shipping only) will be refunded ONLY if the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the return. Refunds will be provided to the same account you used to pay for the item. Your items must be returned by mail to our Online Returns Department (c/o Bleckmann UK Ltd, Coach Returns, Plot 2110 Tornado, Magna Park, Wellington Parkway, Lutterworth, LE17 4XP, United Kingdom). If eligible, our Online Returns Department will process your return for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns of pierced jewellery or liquid products where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your item.
Your refund will be applied to the payment method you used to purchase the item and the credit will post to your account according to the time frame established by your financial institution.
Earrings/piercings or liquid products where the hygiene seal or cellophane packaging has already been opened or removed are not returnable. Monogrammed items (including pendants), custom-made belts and personalised items are not returnable or exchangeable. If your monogrammed or personalised item is damaged or has been delivered with an incorrect monogram, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to help you.
For items that were bought online and collected in store, please contact our Customer Care to obtain a pre-paid return label as those items can not be returned in our stores.
If you have received an online order as a gift and wish to return it, please note that it will be refunded to the purchaser's original method of payment.
We hope you enjoy your Coach purchase. If you do change your mind, unused product may be subject to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a valid receipt.
All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging for us to accept the return.
Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment and to the same account you used to pay for the item(s). Please note jewellery, liquid products, beauty items, underwear and hosiery and swimwear where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed cannot be exchanged or returned. monogrammed/personalized items (including hangtags), cut-to-size belts and personalized products may not be exchanged or returned.
Gifts:
Items returned with a gift receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise at the original purchase price of those items.
No receipt:
Items returned within 30 days of purchase without the original receipt will only be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase.
The following may be accepted as proof of purchase:
a) bank or credit card statement detailing the retailer and date of purchase (please note we may only be able to offer an exchange or refund for the current selling price of the returned item(s), or last price sold, if we are unable to verify a price breakdown per item);
b) valid online order number; or
c) valid order email confirmation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In general terms, items purchased in a store may not be returned through the online returns service. Please take eligible items back to your nearest store, Outlet purchase may be returned to an Outlet store and Retail purchase may be returned to a Retail store in the original country of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, you may return it and we will refund you.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Coach Stores Limited, uk.customercare@coach.com, Tel. +44203 205 2020) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including the usual delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Coach Online Return Department promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, as well as to contracts for the delivery of monogrammed items (including pendants), custom-made belts and personalized items.
Our full returns and delivery policy applies. In case of refund, the amount will always match the purchase price.
