It is chic and the glazed leather adds some really nice shine that makes this purse so easy to dress up or down. It goes with everything! This makes it easy to bring to the office and right out to the store, dinner, or a night out with my family. I love the versatility. Also, the black looks sleek and sophisticated, but the semi-slouchy effect makes it fun. I was a little concerned about the shape when I first opened the purse, because a cube could very easily go wrong, but again, the slouch effect of it means it isn’t too stiff, and the bag hangs nicely whether you use the shoulder strap or the handles. Speaking of which, the fact that I can use it as a shoulder bag, a crossbody, or a handbag adds to the versatility and means it is my go-to bag now. As both a business professional, and a mom, my needs change for what I need my purse to hold. The purse is deceptively large, which I appreciate. I can hold everything I need as well as a couple diapers, wipes, a spare outfit, and a few toys for my baby as well. You can fit a kindle for all of your on-the-go reading needs, as well a water bottle to stay hydrated. It fits SO much, but it doesn’t look, or feel, like you are lugging around a large bag! It feels luxurious and sturdy. There was no detail overlooked with this purse. The lining of the purse is thick, and the stitching is all perfect. Every single detail is stamped with the Coach logo, which just speaks to the luxury and quality of this bag. One thing that can make or break a bag, at least to me, is the zipper. But, have no fear! This zipper is strong and glides so easily, while also not being too stiff or prickly. I CANNOT stand when the teeth of a zipper are super sharp and hurt you when you accidentally rub your arm on it when trying to get things out of the purse. That is not a concern here! There is a zip pocket on the back of the purse and one pocket inside of the main compartment. Otherwise, the openness of the main compartment is what allows you to fit so much into the bag! There are two things I was a little disappointed with though. One – a second zip pocket inside the bag would have put this bag over the top. Just a small pocket on the inside-front, like the one that is already on the inside-back, would be extremely appreciated. Two – the ball chain that holds the Carriage Coach keychain snapped. The ball chain didn’t come unclasped from the connector; it simply snapped in the middle. I expected better quality based on every other aspect of the bag, so this was disappointing. If I had paid full price for this bag, I definitely would be reaching out to support to get this replaced, but as I got this as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I am a bit less upset. Overall, I am extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity by the Stellar Product Testing Panel to test this purse.. In summary: Pros: luxurious, spacious and compact at the same time, versatile, chic Cons: needs another small inside pocket along the front wall and the ball chain holding the Carriage Coach keychain tag broke

It is so spacious, and I find I can fit everything I need inside, but it still doesn't look bulky. The purse has one inside pocket, perfect for organizing small loose items (change, lip balm, etc). The zipper feels very sturdy, and I have no concerns about it catching or wearing down over time. I really appreciate the adjustable strap on this purse, as I am generally somebody who wears cross-body bags, but I sometimes like to switch to shorter straps for particular outfits. The strap is a good width and thick enough to feel secure without being too big. The purse also has an outside pocket on the back, where I like to store anything I need easy access to. If purchasing, I think it's important to keep in mind that the purse is glazed leather, so it is naturally glossy and high-shine- I know this isn't for everyone, but I think it looks great on this bag!
