Inclusion Councils
Established in North America in May 2019 and in Europe in September 2019, our Tapestry Inclusion Councils guide our inclusion and diversity strategic roadmap, with a goal of encouraging our teams to share, learn and speak up to create positive change.

Supporting Our LGBTQ+ Workers
In 2019, Tapestry, along with 206 corporations, signed a landmark amicus brief filed in the U.S. Supreme Court in support of the rights of its LGBTQ+ workers and their protection from discrimination under existing civil rights laws.
